Dr. Ombrellaro holds multiple issued and pending US and international patents in the field of haptics (touch). His areas of interest are the use of novel technologies to diagnosis medical conditions remotely as well as the ability to sense and feel a virtual environment to enhance the experience of consumers who play videogames.

Dr. Ombrellaro’s chief medical interests are the treatment of complex arterial diseases and application of advanced endovascular technologies.

Outside of the office, Dr. Ombrellaro enjoys playing the guitar, travel, cooking, and photography.
